Close to beach for quiet walks, convenient for Towner Art Gallery and Theatres. Parking on the square with permit. Chatty and friendly staff at breakfast.

This hotel is located in a good neighborhood, close to buses and ferries. The rooms are very comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. The service provided by the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast options are good, and there is a supermarket conveniently located across the street. The hotel is also fairly close to the main Avenue of July 6th. the hotel offers great facilities and advantages such as free Wi-Fi and a gym with a massage chair.
The lifts can sometimes be slow to arrive.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and the modern air conditioning in my room. The location was perfect, nestled in a nice quiet neighborhood close to San Martin's Park and other green parks like the Japanese garden. The staff was friendly and were very good too ensure a pleasant stay. The transportation options were convenient, with a bus stop just across the street and a subway station nearby. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The luxurious amenities and exclusive room advantages of this hotel were outstanding. the service was polite and attentive, and the rooftop pool and sun terrace provided stunning views. the restaurant offered a variety of delicious options for breakfast, while the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing after a long day.
the only minor issue was the slightly dated interior, but the spacious rooms and comfortable beds made up for it.
